Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Agent Army ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Agent Army provides a multi-agent AI orchestration platform that processes tasks using specialized AI agents working in parallel. The Service includes a web interface, API access, and associated tools available at armyai.app.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per user. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are consumed per task. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Free plan credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI agents to deliver the Service. The AI-generated output is provided to you for your own use. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific purposes. Always verify important outputs independently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Agent Army shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or create risk for the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email when possible.
